The ShorePort Rear Keel Roller is the complete replacement assembly for the roller nearest the water. It creates the first rolling contact as the PWC enters the port and the final transition point during launch. Unlike the front and middle rollers, the rear assembly installs in one fixed location, but it can be flipped so the axle sits above or below the mounting plates.

Evaluate All Three Rollers as One System
If the PWC is difficult to unload, the correct solution may be an adjustment to the front or middle roller rather than a change at the rear. Follow the ShorePort position guide and make one controlled change at a time.
A roller that remains hard to turn after appropriate marine-grade lubrication may have a bent shaft or worn component and should be inspected before continued use.

Order this rear assembly only for the water-entry position.
For either of the two adjustable positions farther up the ShorePort, use the front/middle assembly and select quantity based on the number of rollers being replaced.

ShorePort rear keel roller.
Although a bit pricey, it does the job. I bought a used ShorePort PWC dock and the PO had moved the rollers around because the rear keel roller had frozen. I relocated rollers to proper positions and purchased a new rear roller. I noticed the new roller had a maintenance warning molded in to grease that the frozen one did not. i was sure to grease the roller before using You will need a needle greasing attachment for you rease gun to grease roller through the grease hole. The roller spins very easy and makes it a breeze to unload and load a kayak and small dingy on, which is what I use the ShorePort PWC deck for.
