The ShorePort Keel Roller Spacer Plate kit raises one front or middle roller assembly approximately 1/2 inch beyond its standard highest setting. The two UHMW plates install between the ShorePort and the roller side plates, while the supplied longer stainless hardware replaces the original mounting bolts. This is a targeted adjustment for PWC hulls that still need additional roller height after the assembly has been moved to the forward position with the axle facing up.
When the Spacer Kit Helps
Adds 1/2 Inch of Height
Two matched plates raise both sides of one roller assembly evenly above the standard mounting surface.
Supports Easier Unloading
Additional front or middle roller height can improve the launch angle for a PWC that is difficult to push off the port.
UHMW Construction
The durable polymer plates create a consistent spacer surface in a wet waterfront environment.
Longer Hardware Included
Four extended stainless button-head bolts and washers replace the shorter standard fasteners for the spaced assembly.
Use the Spacer Only After Standard Roller Adjustment
Good Fit for This Kit
One Front or Middle Roller
- The roller is already in the forward/high position with the axle facing up.
- The PWC remains difficult to unload because the roller still needs more height.
- You need to raise one complete roller assembly evenly by approximately 1/2 inch.
Do Not Use It For
Rear Rollers or Unverified Fit Problems
- The rear ShorePort roller assembly.
- An axle-down front or middle roller orientation.
- A PWC that already sits too high or does not remain securely positioned on the port.

- ShorePort PWC port
- 7/32-inch hex key or installation labor
More Height Is Not Always Better
Raising a front or middle roller can make unloading easier, but a roller set too high may reduce how securely the PWC rests on the ShorePort. Confirm the watercraft remains centered and stable after installation.
The roller axle must face up when the spacer is used. Follow the ShorePort position guide and tighten all four mounting bolts evenly.
Need a Spacer or a Replacement Roller?
Choose the spacer kit when the existing front or middle roller is in good condition but needs an additional 1/2 inch of height.
Choose a complete roller assembly when the roller, shaft or side plates are worn, damaged or missing.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much height does the spacer kit add?
It raises one front or middle ShorePort roller assembly approximately 1/2 inch.
How many spacer plates are included?
The kit includes two plates, one for each side of a single roller assembly, plus four longer bolts and washers.
Will one kit raise both the front and middle rollers?
No. One kit raises one roller assembly. Order a second kit only if the approved setup requires spacers on both adjustable rollers.
Can the spacer be used with the axle facing down?
No. ShoreMaster specifies an axle-up orientation when the spacer plates are installed.
Does the spacer fit the rear roller?
No. It is for the adjustable front or middle assembly only. The rear roller uses a different mounting arrangement.
Need Help Deciding Whether to Raise the Roller?
Share the PWC model and a side photo of its resting position. We can help determine whether a standard adjustment, spacer or replacement assembly is more appropriate.
