The ShoreMaster Pontoon Rail Kit provides the adjustable bracket assemblies and hardware used to build two long support rails beneath a pontoon. Four lower brackets mount to the front and rear lift rack beams, while four upper brackets set the bunk height. Customer-supplied 2 x 8 rails and short 2 x 4 support blocks complete the system, allowing the rail spacing and height to be tailored to the pontoon tube layout.

The Wood Rails Are Not Included
The bracket kit requires customer-supplied wood to create the finished rail system. The ShoreMaster instructions specify two full-length 2 x 8 rails and four short 2 x 4 support blocks for the standard layout.
Use straight, sound material; protect the contact surface; and countersink all carriage bolts so exposed hardware cannot damage the pontoon.
