Does this product include the mounting kit?

Can I use a normal household extension cord?

Can I add the 15-foot corded pendant?
The corded pendant is intended for compatible key-turn Lift Boss models equipped with the correct factory accessory pigtail. It is not used with the wireless-remote configuration.
