New winch
Although I haven’t installed the new replacement yet, the original winch lasted thirty years before the bearings finally wore out and began to make excessive noise. I am hoping that the new one will give me the same excellent service.

Replacement winch
This was a direct replacement for the winch that came with my Shoremaster PWC lift. The original winch lasted 10 years, I expect this one will last longer as I’ve made a plastic cover to keep it dry during a rainstorm. The winch is a unique design by requiring no user settings to raise or lower the watercraft. It works great!
