In tact but a mess
I received the wheel kit, ahead of schedule as when I purchased it said pre-order and next thing I knew it had shipped to me. The box was visibly damaged from the outside, not necessarily Shore Masters fault. But once opened, there was no padding in the box. The wheels were stacked and the four metal legs and connectors were simply in the corners of the boxes - in which they were able to move ALL around and somehow did not damage themselves or the wheels. Additionally, the wheels looked as though they had been outside in the dirt during a rain event for weeks, with dried dirt all over them. Ultimately, the prompt shipping and thankfully undamaged product survived but the lack of proper packaging and a simple cleaning was enough to convince me to shop elsewhere in the future.
